Looking for a Better Plug

I have eliminated my AST. As per M2 instructions, I capped the the nipples on the neck and radiator with vacuum line caps and hose clamps. This seems kinda weak too me. Vacuum line caps are not made for high pressure or high temp.
The other alterative is to use a piece hose with a bolt clamped in the end. This doesn't look clean enough to be me. plus it possible for the bolt to blow out or leak. I want my engine bay to look clean and be reliable.
Does anybody have a better (stronger and clean looking) way to plug these nipples?

can jb weld hold up to the temps?

I have the same exact worry although I have not eliminated my AST its because my single turbo isnt water cooled that I need caps for the thermostat cover.

jb weld not strong enough. my camry radiator has crack, once a week I put more and more JB weld on, because the jbweld crack under pressure from the radiator. I think the radiator expands, and crack the jbweld in the process.
I left the jb weld for a day and night before driving the car. Maybe it needs longer set time.

I popped some rubber caps, and am now using a hose with a bolt in the end (two hose clamps on each -- one over nipple, one over bolt).

Another option would be to use a piece of hose to go from the filler neck housing down to the nipple on the radiator. You could stuff somethng in the hose to block or limit flow.

what about threading the nipple at the filler neck and putting a bolt in there?

i know what ur talking MAx, using a hose and pluggin it, I did do that method for he radiator nipple since its hidden, but the filler cap nipple I want somthing more elegant. (hehehe)
