#1. fix you motor before buying sideskirts.

I just wanted to wish you good luck with that (I really mean it).

real Apex'i style skirts are extremely hard to find. As far as I know only one vendor makes replicas and he is getting out the business soon. If you even find some that are for sale call yourself lucky, if you find some cheap (< $200) and vintage red.... go buy yourself a lottery ticket my man, cause you are on fire!!!

Sorry about your motor BTW

ditto everything montgo said (BTW montego, love your posts, we share similar personalities and thoughts!)

In 2004 when I did my car I bought probably one of the last sets of Apexi sideskirts from SR Motor. Rich was trying forever to get them for me at Gotham and he said it just wasn't going to happen. Since, I have also read online other palces they were not being shipped stateside anymore due to low demand. I believe this is why Chuck at RE made them (and to decrease cost).

GMTA

interestingly enough... in my garage i have sitting a 99 style wing, RE's replica apex'i side skirt, and RE plateless 99 style bumper.

But that's where the similarities end . I have the preauto sleek lights, a scoothood is on it's way, and my car is gonna be yellow. So don't worry we won't be twins lol

So your motor is blown, your are low on cash, and instead of fixing it, you are wanting to modify the exterior of your car? Am I missing something?

hehe our cars are very similar. housed in my garage also, is the RE bumper and lights, RE apexi sideskirts and an M2 CF hood. I have the 99 spec wing on already as well as the preauto lights. My car is a silverstone though.
