LOOK--4 FD's in our shitty little town

I go to school in NE Missouri, in a town of 16,000 people. Strangely enough, we have FOUR FD's in town; Nice ones, and a number of FC's. We got together and took a few pics. The link's below.

Nice to see three different colors next to each other. I have a red FD, but I wish it was silver...

Black would be too hot in AZ.

On the contrary, the link does work.

In response, I do like the silver a lot too. I think it has a classy appeal to it--that and it's 'slightly' less appealing to cops than the red (knock on wood)--BN

It appears you are correct. My connection must have been flaking out. Nice pics, kinda strange seeing a group of FD's that don't have a bunch of body mods, but I sure do like it.

Yea--lindsey's seen the pics.

The red one with the rims and the black one are getting some serious body mods in the near future. Mine, however, will be left alone, except for some rims sometime when I can afford them. -BN

My car finally got her picture on the forum. I went out to race Tim tonight to settle this whole **** fit he is having about his car kicking my ***. Well guess what, we launched together and *BOOM* his Nitrous blew up again, 3rd time. I swear that kid has a mental retardation or something about running a 150shot on a BPU Z28 out of the hole. He won't even roll out and punch it, he hits it as soon as the hands drop. I can't wait to annihalate his car but it will ahve to wait for another day, again. Thanks for posting the pics Ben. Later, Scott

Thats really cool. I have a black one, but I would have bought silver if it was availible at the time. I was just in Misssourri, visiting some family in Rolla. Man is it hot and humid out threre. Its real dry where I'm at. There are one or two other FDs in my little city, I wish there were more. Peace

out of curiosity, what kinda rims are those on the first pic, on the VR fd? They look sorta like work rims. . . but theres sometghing about them that sets them apart from the work rims. I looove the way those rims look in the pic!

Also, i believe 3 out of the 4 are R models, the first one has tan interior, the R1/2 models only came with black cloth interior.

There were silver R2's for both '94 and '95(replacing the CYM '93 R1). Silver is actually the rarest of the R model colors if you check the production numbers. Montego Blue Mica was never available as an R1/2 color.

The wheels on the first VR FD are Nippon. My Black FD and the last last VR FD with stock rims are both R1's and the other VR and Ben's Silver are both Tourings.

The black one is the fastest followed by Ben's Silver one. The rims are 17" Nippon rims.
