loaded vacuum at idle for port Q

i have a street port and i realize that they all pull different vacuum and this is a loaded question. but is 15-17" of vacuum at a 900rpm idle ok? i had my port done by brian at rotorsports 1 in kannapolis NC if anyone else has the same. btw i think my boost guage may be somewhat innacurate.
