RP in Texas sells a braded steal line that will not expand . It cost about $32 when Garfinkle orderd some for his car and some others. A hose shop can make one using your fittings .I know Garfinkle replaced the rubber hose on one to get a traveler back on the road one night. he used there fittings

Are you talking about the hardpipe that goes between them, or the rubber section? If your talking about the hardpipe, I would just get it from the dealer, I think it was $40. It should be on my parts price list page. If you don't want to wait you can go to an auto parts store and get some bulk brake line tubing and bend one custom to fit.

Here's a pic of the OEM hardpipe:

Here's a pic of the OEM rubber tube:

I have the rubber tube available FS, the hard pipe I don't have.

The banjo bolt on the hard line attaches to the clutch master, then the rubber hose connects to it, and then to the clutch slave.

the rubber line goes from one hard line on the fire wall to the hard line on the transmission. It lets the line move with the motors movement . They go bad more often than the hard lines

The complete system is like this:

1 - Clutch Master
2 - Hard Pipe (this one - http://jrx7.rx7life.com/images/ClutchHard%20Pipe.JPG )
3 - Rubber Hose
4 - Hard Pipe
5 - Clutch Slave

It sounds like your missing both 2 & 3. I'll sell my hose for $25 shipped via USPS Priority, but the hard pipe I don't have.

Here are all the part #'s from Mazda. Look at the link to the diagram I attached to confirm.

Hard Pipe:

FD01-45-510C (or D) <-this is VIN specific, but since your doing a swap it won't apply to you, I got the "C" model.

Rubber Hose:

HE01-45-540

Clips:

FD01-41-370
F100-41-370
0136-43-635 (x2)

http://jrx7.rx7life.com/images/clutchhydraschematic.jpg

The hard pipe is about $40, the clips are about $5 each, and I don't know what the rubber hose costs, but it's probably another $40 or so. You can get a SS one for about $60 I think.

OK forget those prices, I got these from Trussville Mazda's online catalog:

Hard Pipe - $10.27
Rubber Hose - $20.92

They didn't list the prices for the clips, but they aren't more than $5. RX7.com has a SS hose for $38. Email me your address and I'll send down the rubber hose I have for free, but your going to have to get the other stuff from Mazda. cklein@g2x.com
