Largest fitting FMIC for 99 spec front FD?

I need it to be at least 3" thick core with 3" in/out end tanks. I have a glass 99 front without core support, AC, or anything really to get in my way. I dont want to cut the hell out of my bumper, but it needs to be as large as possible. Im going turbo with my Ls1 and i figured this site would knew best in terms of the intercooler dept, thanks.

Couldn't you measure the area you have, figure out how you want to run the piping then pick a core that will work. That is what I did for mine.

This kit worked really nice for me. I have a 3.5" core. You dont have to relocate the radiator too, that was a big plus!

I've got the same FMIC and had them make the core 1" bigger than normal, as well as the 4" thick.

Keeping the radiator in stock position sounds great, as this is the main complaint about FMICs...

But it does mention removing the rebar and cutting the core support.. any bumper sag issues for those that have it? Inevitable if not?

If you're going to all the trouble why not get someone to weld a custom core?
