I was having problems with my flux capacitor too. But it honestly depends on the quality of plutonium you use. Get the dealer, or mechanic, or whomever to look into not skimping on quality...especially when you get a hover conversion.

I've heard about that bump starting to 88 thing, but the locomotive is a bit much...
