Knocking and searching idle

I replaced my engine with used engine. It start up fine but idle is very high stay at 2k Rpm and on the PFC knocking reading is very high. First I thought about vacuum leak I double all the line but I can’t find anything I don’t have a smoke machine so I really pressure the systems to check. And then i’m thinking about wiring problem because when the car idle change when I change the air vent speed. I checked the ECU ground resistance it show 15 ohms is it suppose I should see 0 resistance?

Maybe your ignition timing is too far advanced.

I wouldn't be super concerned with the knock reading. But, double-check your plug wires, if the order is wrong you will get all kinds of weirdness and a high knock count.

High idle is air getting around the throttle body that shouldn't be going in there. Any vacuum leaks between the throttle body and the engine will cause this or a too-tight throttle or cruise cable that is keeping the throttle propped open.
