nice man. my water temp stays the same as SMIC.. but intake temp drastically drops almost like a FMIC. its great.
as long as it gets ducted eventually, intake temp really shouldn't get significantly higher even during a hot summer day.
Just an update with my vmount. I've noticed pretty similar temps as gracer. I've just been watching temps for the past two days. Right now is it's pretty cold in the bay area, and raining a bit. Yesterday I noticed my water temps were around 81-85C. I need to raise my fan engage. I have this setup at 85 when my car was having cooling problems (changed out the thermostat and I was good, but havent changed the settings). Today had the same water temps.
As of air temps, I notice during the day I was averaging 20-24C. At night I averaged 15-18C. My car is still NOT DUCTED, and from the looks of it I might not need it. Though that might change in the summer, but I don't know until summer does come along and my temps get significantly higher (hope not).

HAHAHA this is classic. R12 isn't good for the enviorment and wont have serious effects if you breath it in a well ventilated area. R134 is perfectly safe to shoot into the air though it is frowned upon by OSHA. And the line about the straight pipe, is now going to be my sig.
That's a really nice looking kit but I can't understand why they would design the water pump inlet section to pull from the top of the radiator. I know the radiator is mounted low enough that it keeps full of water but still why not engineer it to feed from the lower half? If your system every gets low on water, you will loose the benefits of the radiator gravity feeding the pump.
Probably not. If you can find the manual it will probably have the code for the battery it uses.
My Blitz front mount on my car uses a Miata battery, and the HKS v-mount uses a 12v battery off a Honda hybrid car. Both easy to get at most parts stores.

I have this spare group 51 of a Honda CRV ,
i didn’t taught about that , hopefully Knightsport made a manual. I’ll look into it.

7krayziboi, to answer your previous question. the KS battery tray does not work with the 51R battery. The size of the tray works, but there's height clearance issue that won't allow you to close your hood. If you want to run the 51R battery, the best would be TurboJeff's tray version2 for the 51R. It's the same size as the KS tray, except the base of the tray sits lower.
However, the front bracket of the KS tray allows the adjustability to fit smaller batteries.
Here's a few scans of the instruction from KS. Like all KS instructions, they are very simple and hand drawn.

Does anyone have the core size (and dimensions) for this intercooler? Knight Sports has a shockingly little amount of information available on their website (esp. for a $3,000 piece of kit!)

The Greddy even looks the best... but when you do the math, the Greddy has less than 1/2 the frontal surface area of the Blitz, and just more than 1/3 the frontal surface of the HKS... Volume wise, it's closer to 1/3 of each!!
Plus, I don't want to relocate the battery, so am looking for options that let me keep that under the hood... (have seen the Greddy with a tiny battery in the engine bay, but that will require tweaking/customizing the setup...)
