yeah.. he's right... fighter garage one is probably the only one left that still makes that type of tray. I got mine from Rotary Extreme when they were still in business.
I've seen Carbing ones that looks the same. Mine says Signal Auto on it. forgot where i ordered it from

Check out the fighters-garage mini battery kit, it uses a pc-680 just like that one.

The relay box is folded down and tucked behind/under the front chassis bar, zip-tied to the big bundle of wires. Not the best pic but you can see the relay box in this one.
In KS's instructions, it shows the relay box sitting right side up in this same tuck'd position. but there's no way the length of the wire allows you to do that. It has to sit upside down. This way it makes it easier to access from the front nose inlet of the bumper anywayz if you need open the box.

Dang.... if knightsports' v-mount kit is supposely the most install friendly, everyone on the forum with other vmount kits must went through hell. :P The install overall wasn't too bad, but other than the IC itself, every section has requires a bit of modification. KS makes their parts fit 'tight' yet perfectly. Leaving their marks of perfection on your arms and knockles.... lol. The kit arrived from FDNewbie a couple weeks ago, but I didn't put it on until last weekend. Thanks again Ramy for helping me reach my dream one step at a time, FDNewbie rock!
I've always wanted to do a write up, this would be my first one.. so plz crit or fill in anything. thx
The thread posted by def3 help'd a lot. https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/picked-up-knight-sport-v-mount-kit-664974/ thanks Dave. i used a lot of those pics as some of my reference for radiator hoses and brackets, which was a bit trickier than it looks.

this is a test fit before i took out the PS lines.
It must be evacuated by a AC machine at a shop. Releasing it to the atmosphere can be hazardous, hurts the environment, illegal, and it is very expensive to refill afterwards (R12 is around $100 a lb.).
Link,
Great job on the write up. I wish I had the tie to do one like this. Kids, school and work, plus wife does not leave me much time.
I just have to have my a/c line bent for the low side. I flipped my condenser so that the low side is at the bottom.
I also changed my mind to go single after the mock up of the v-mount. I am going to start my single install this weekend.
FDNewbie has a good deal on the kit. I went with another shop that was local to me so I could help them get a contact with Knight Sport. Both FDNewbie and the shop I went to are good places.
I went with this kit due to the quality and the JDM factor.
FDNewbie, are you still developing a kit of your own?
