there were a couple of Spirit R models - the top model had the custom recaros, no rear seats and BBS lightweight wheels.

the other 1 or 2 models had the wheels, but not nessecarily the other parts.

i think thats so the rear passengers can recline the seat forward.

Looks more like the release to flip the seat forward to let those poor rear seat passengers get in (not sure where they'll put the legs though... ).

That's a Type B Spirit R.

Type A is a 5-speed with Recaros' (2-seater) & gunmetal BBS Wheels

Type B is a 5-speed with leather (2+2) & bright silver BBS wheels

Type C is an Automatic with Leather (2+2) & bright silver BBS wheels
