Just got my FIs back from RCEng, they sent extra O-Rings?
Hey guys, just got my FIs back from RCEngineering. From the looks of their Injector Balance / Calibration Report, the FIs weren't in too bad shape before I sent them in considering they've got 104k miles on them. In any case, everything came back as I had expected. They injectors came back with new O-Rings (green on the top and black on the bottom), but also included in the box was a small baggy with what looks like another set of O-Rings. Are these the originals? Or were they being extra nice and including another set?
BTW, while I'm at it. It's been about 3 weeks since I took the injectors out of the car. Can someone tell me which are the primary and which are the secondary? Pic is below...
Thanks!

They sent you back the originals. keep them for emergency spares if they look good. Don't F'up on them like I did! I went by the sheet they gave me and it was wrong. Do "NOT" mix them up!!! The 550's are beige and longer. The 850's are maroon (reddish/brown) and are short. Primary rail is on the block - use beige injectors. Secondary rail is on the intake manifold - use brown injectors. If you mix them up like I did, you will break the screens and Mazda does not sell replacements. I was lucky and the tech saved some and gave them to me. I sprayed the inside of the rail with wd-40 to slip them in and I put a few drops of oil on the o-rings and they dropped right in. Well, except for the 550's that I broke ...damnit

Those are the plastic air bleed screens that go inside the block and the intake manifold. Here is a link to mazdatrix and a picture towards the bottom of the part. I think we are talking about the same parts.

^ nope, those relate to the primary rail "inside the block". What I broke was the screen filter just below the o-ring that is just below the pintle cap, on th injector iteself. Only the o-rings are listed in the parts fische.
I am debating buying new Power Enterprise 660's instead of using 850 in the primary rail though. I'm not sure how reliable a modified primary rail is and I don't want to go aftermarket. I don't want them leaking! I won't be over 400hp on twins anyhow.
