JDM RX-7 Speed Limiter??

How do you remove this bad boy? I mean, when I go to the track, I'd like to go a little bit faster then 180km/h.

Is it a limiter itself? Or just the speedo limiting it? If it is a limiter, how do I remove it?

get a power FC.

but really, unless you're on a track you shouldn't be going over 180KPH anywhere.

The highest speed limit in Canada is 110.

the jdm fd have the speed limiter cuz japans laws do not allow the cars to go over 185km/hr.
so wat you have to do to cut the limiter out is one simple cut.
On the passenger side underneath the kick plate is the ecu
you unlplug the bottom plug from the back of the ecu
on the side of the plug with the clip you will see a red and green wire
that is the jdm speed limiter.
just cut it and your free.
i had put a bullet connector on the wire for easy reconnection if i needed to for some reason.
heres a pic from another post.
