Find someone that speaks japanese, have them call a dealer in japan and see if they can order and ship to you here. Aside from a couple grey market resellers that's your only option. The US mazda distributor(s) couldn't get it for me last summer, even with the JDM part number. I tried to pull some strings to no avail.
