all right ive finally bought me a FD and its modded with a front mount intercoller and my question is when i wash the car its it ok to spray the intercooler with water, and will it do any damage or effect it in any way.

lmao, It won't do anything unless you have HUGE leaks in your intercooler. Otherwise, there is no way water will get inside to your intake air.
