It's ALIVE MUHHAHHAHAHA

IT LIVES Muhahahha!!!!!

After dam near replacing ever freeking thing under the hood and doing a
Non-seq setup
replacing the coils,
ignitor,
Cleaned fuel injectors,
DP,
MP,
Catback,
Auto to 5sp conversion(ACT Pro light Flywheel , Act Clutch, and Pressure plate)Push button start,

Ever Hose that there is.

IT IS RUNNING GREAT!!!!
Put about 15 miles on it just around the house, you no checking for leaks and stuff. Need to do the brakes now and tires and it will be FINISHED!

I have restricted myself to 4,000rpms and 5psi of boost untill i get some more miles on a engine that was sitting a LONG LONG TIME.

Removed the AWSystem
Installed new motor mounts
Installed Touque Bar, Man they work!
Flushed the Coolant system 3 times, Still working on some air in the system, not much.
Flushed the Oil System, Running Wal-Mart 10-30 for the first few miles then going back to normal Castrol 20-50

New Plugs
NEw Plug Wires
Modded the Ignition wire from Ignitor to Coils, Sheilded Wire so no ignition breakup

New Fuel Pump
New Fuel Filter ( DAM, that was a Pain)
Removed the Choke

Thanks For everone support

Props dude, I'm most likely going the same route soon (new motor + new everything under the hood). Have fun with it!

Thanks All for the Support.

I will start posting some pics and Even a Short Video.

By the Way, This was a motor that had been sitting for 3 years and had one or more sticking seals and used my own personal method of freeing them up.

Here is the thread on it.

What ECU/fuel management are you utilizing? I hope you arent running the full exhaust on a stock computer. Get an M2/Pettit atleast and be careful. With just the bolt-ons (Minus midpipe) was getting 15psi spikes on a 12psi tune.

Sounds like an awesome project, hopefully things go well after 're-breakin'. lol
