Red face Intermittent Injector Problem.?

I Was Just Wondering If Snyone Has Ever Had Or If It Was Possible To Have An Intermittent Problem With The Injectors. Reson I Ask Is That Some Days My Car Seems To Perform Better Than Others, Not 100% But A Noticeable Difference. So, I Believe My Performance Issue To Be With The Injectors, Should Be, I Have Replaced Everything Else In The Car With New Parts. As Of Right Now I Have A New Set Of Primaries And Secondaries Waiting To Go Into The Car Hoping That Will Fix The Problem......

Man, it's a good question - I'm surprised nobody's jumped on it. If you're stock, it's a bear to change them, but if it's not much work then I'd go ahead and make the swap.

Have you ever noticed if the days when it runs really good coincide with days that it is cooler out side?

People are waiting to see if the other set of injectors change anything. Install them and see what happens.

It's troubleshooting, you have to eliminate areas unti you get to the problem; so your next step is to eliminate the injectors.

Understood, But I Have Tested And/or Replaced All Solenoids, Sensors, New 20b Pump, Map Sensor, Used A Stock Ecu, M2 Stage 3, Power Fc, And A Wolf 3d. I Have Replaced The Wiring Harness With New About A Month Ago. If You Do Not Know The Story Here It Is: I Replaced The Motor A Year Ago With A Rebuild By Pineapple Racing W/all New Components, Stage 2 Oil Mods, And Everything Cryotreated. At The Same Time I Did An Rps Carbon-carbon Clutch, Act 9.5 Lb Flywheel, 20b Pump, Marren Fuel Injection Flowed And Matched The Injectors, New Oil Injectors And Lines, 99 Efini Turbo's, Magnecore 10mm Wires, Ngk Plugs, M2 Downpipe, M2 Ecu, New Pettit Intake Setup, Pettit Ast, Vaccum Hose Replacemnet. I Was Very Meticulous In The Manner That I Rebuilt Taking My Time Being Very Thorough.

After I Tried Everything That I Could Imagine Myself For Year After All These New Mod's, I Took It To Pettit Back In June, But To No Avail Could Not Fix The Problem After An 8 Day Stay. We Did However Find What The Car Is Doing. Basically, It Comes Out Of The Hole Strong And Normal But When Accelerating At 2750 Rpms Or Above It Just Dumps Fuel. Cam Tested The Fuel System (flow/capacity) And Said That My Pressures And Flow Rate Are Perfect. Then He Benched The Injectors And Said That They Benched Fine, Then He Himself Went Through The Whole Car Testing The Solenoids And Sensors. When We Put The Wolf 3d Standalone On The Car While On The Dyno We Were Able To Pull The Fuel Back To See How The Car Should Pull. With The Fuel Pulled Back I Laid Down Mid 320's Whp, So Needless To Say That Has Me Wanting The Car To Run Correctly Even Worse. Cam Said That I Could Keep The Computer And Just Drive It That Way And Enjoy The Car, But I Know That Is Only Putting A Band-aid On The Problem. I Myself Want To Fix The Underlyng Problem Itself....

Yeah I Got The Secondaries He Sent Me In A Fuel Rail To Make It Easier As Well. And I Went Ahead And Bought A New Set Of Primaries To Be Installed At The Same Time. Figured Since I Was Gonna Be In There I Might As Well, Huh? We Know That Its Dumping Fuel, But The Fuel Pressure Is Great And The Injectors Appear To Be Ok. If Its Not The Injectors Themselves Then It Has To Be The Fuel Control System, Right. We Have Monitored And Spec'd Out All The Sensors While On The Dyno With The Wolf 3d, And After I Got Back Home Installed A New Wiring Harness Then Monitored It With A Pfc. Did Not See Anything Reading Out Of The Ordinary. Any Suggestions From Anyone Would Be Great.
