Insurance for FD

yea I am planning on buying an FD in the near future and I was just wondering how much you guys are paying for insurance and how old you are

I'm 18 years old. and live in the suburbs of philadelphia.It used to be insured under my name... 4,200 every six months

Under my dads name....900 every six months

I'm 24, i live just outside of Buffalo, NY and i pay $1740/year for a '96 jetta and my FD together. Way to go good driving record and stellar credit.

yea im 18 so i was wondering because my friend has a supra tt and he says the insurance is gonna kill me so i was just wondering.

thnx for the info that means this is gonna go under my bro's name because he has the excellent almost perfect credit

Everyone's situation is so unique that at best you can only get a "ballpark figure".

I pay $1100 a year for my FD, one of 5 cars I have full coverage insurance on, and I have a boat and a house all with the same company, and haven't had a claim (knocks wood) since about 1989.
And I am 45 years old, by the way.

I've a younger friend who is 23 and he has a newer RSX and he plunks down about $300 a month for insurance, with a $500 deductible.

what you pay for insurance is also determined by were you live. My area has the highest insurance in the country besides cali.

Drivers in my area suck!!!

dammit why do the drivers in cali have to suck soo much. like a couple months ago by my house i guess some rich kid was racing his brand new bmw down my street and crashed into a parked car (and actually parked ontop of the car he crashed into

I am 22 live in norcal in the west side(pretty ghetto) and pay 113 a month for full coverage with State Farm ins.(Excellent coverage) have had one moving violation. But my Gf's aunt works there..hehe....
