Installing PR Coolcharge II IC

Hey guys,

Just in the process of installing this IC into my car and I was wondering how you get the stock duct out of there? Break it? because it seems to be held on by fastners all around.

Thanks for the help,

Alex

You have to bend the AC receiver/dryer (the "can" at the bottom middle of the pic) up and out of the way. With all the fasteners out, it should come right out.

Yeah kinda toyed with the AC thing for awhile and then it came. Then had the bitchiest time somehow making it fit. No matter what I did things would line up.

I am 5'7 and 160lbs, just didn't have the strength to get it to go. Then my uncle 6'3 285 lbs came along out of curiosity and it got done in a second. Now, this is what it looks like.

Before closing it I put the battery back in and sealed all of the hoses on the intake side.

When I have the time I am going to get some Red or Black Couplers caus blue doesn't look too good.

If anyone can answer the intake I will be using is K&N and I was wondering. The tubing comes seperate. I just cant figure out what the second tube on the short side goes to.

Like I know that the one in the picture on the left goes to bottom intake pipe and then the tube sticking out does it go to the airpump?

Anyways thanks for the help peoples,

Alex
