Can some one please help me out on where to connect the wires from the aqamist to the ecu for the injectors and the seleniod valve wast gate control anyone who would know which pins to connect them to on the ecu.

You don't mention which Aquamist system you are talking about. I'm also not sure how the wastegate solenoid would related to a WI install.
