injector screen

I was replacing O-rings and I accidently tore on of the injector screens on the side of the injector. It's a really little tear, do you think it will still function properly or do I need to get a new black piece with screens. If it won't work does anyone know where I can pick up one?

We have all these small parts.

If you have dirt particles larger than 5 micron you will need the screen
to be intact. You might not need to replace it.
I forget what the fuel filter spec is.

Ok, I called up your company and I was told that they didn't have what I was looking for. So if anyone knows where to get them I would appreciate it.

your other left

tim @ cleaninjectors.com just serviced mine. he services side feed injectors so he may have what you need or know where to get it. they rock btw... really fast, friendly service.

you can always buy a used injector in the for sale section.

Those screens aren't sold through any of the injector parts suppliers , I have been hoping to find a source for them for the past 5 years. Best to ask around on the forum and see if someone has a bad injector you could get for parts.

If anyone does find a source for them, please let us know.
