injector duty cycle weird

I am having some weird injctor duty cycles. I am spikeing to 95? just did this twice and stoped. Its a brand new street ported eingine 1500 miles, t51r single, dp,mp,catback, hks twin power, 1600cc 850cc injectors dual fuel pumps aeromotive fuel pressure reg, blitz fmic, cooling mist water injection. the weird thing is that this is the exact same setup i had when i blew my enigne with 8000 miles on it or so. Steve tuned it and were not for shure what happend just a apex went out and the pfc did not show detonation. but any way my duty cycles were not even close to the 90 range and i hit 95 today. wtf? what could be going on? This is on a pfc .
