Lightbulb HELP!!! No power to ecu - $$ To help diagnose :(

Help! I can't get power to my ECU and it's beyond maddening. I've tried countless things to make sure i wasn't off the mark, all my grounds seem to be in order, i've got things plugged up correctly but the ecu is NOT getting any power what so ever and I have no idea why.

I've tried two different ecu's to be safe and both are the same.

If anyone can succesfully help me figure out why this is going on ill happily give up money for it.

Nevermind, I found out what the problem was. I checked everything I could think of, it was the INSIDE fuse. Sigh, what a pain in my ***.
