identifying steering wheel harness wire.... please help

i have tried searching but no luck ;-(
can someone please tell me what the colors mean in the harness under the steering column, where the BLUE connector is, the one that connects and controls to the steering wheel combination switch
for example, i know...
Red and Yellow = headlight
Red and white = high beams
ect ect ect

what it is....i purchased a painless fuse block to eliminate my stock one out of the engine bay, and im having a lil bit of a problem figuring out how to set it up and run my wire to it.
like for example, i want to use my stock steering wheel combination switch to power on and off my headlights, parking lights ect ect ect, but with the painless fuse block
