i read the fsm and it doesnt say how to get the glass out of the mirror? there is a plastic lip around the glass, this wont interfere with the removal of the glass? just want to make sure. if i brake it im back to square 1.
There are 4 patches of dentine gum looking glue behing the mirror that are heat sensitive. I used a hairdrier and a razorblade to pry it away from the black backer plate. Pry gently, let the heat do the work.

so you read that it told you to goto section L which is the Propeller Shaft section???
PROPELLER SHAFT?!?!!!!!
Saw that and didn't both to look for the correct section?
I hate to see what is going to happen when you try to tackle a more complex problem!

but the FSM has ALOT of info...it's a great reference. I was "forced" by one of my newbie post when I got on the forum by another forum member to look at the FSM and other info posted on this site. It really helps you understand how to work and maintain these cars, and how to prepare when you approach a project, eg adjust the TPS etc...
