Ok i ve been workin for 12 hours so let me catch up. First, Don my man sounds good to me. Like to meet you and the other FD and FC guys sometime. And your car looks good. Second, I dont think my car is an R1, didnt check the oil coolers, i pick it up on tuesday from the credit union. IT has the R1 wing, but it was rare for them to have both a tan interior and a moonroof, i have both. So its got the R1 wing. Third, i wanna c when the woman i bought the car from had it serviced. I am hoping that it needs the plugs changed, wires changed, and the fuel filter. Hoping. I can check the idle and adjust it, will this hurt the car? The car seems to run fine after running for a few minutes. But yeah help me out since you guys all know more than i will ever know. Sorry for babbling so much but i had alot 2 say.

Yeah, It is not an R1. R1/2s never had tan anything, all black. They don't have a sun/moon roof. No cruise or rear wiper. Look for a front lip as well they have a large front lip. There are many more differances as well but those are the most noticable when you look at the car. Same motor though 
so have fun, and keep an eye on the reman if it's a Mazda one.

The R-1 is nothing but a Base with stiffer suspension, one extra oil cooler and suede seats. (interior is always black) (sun roof, cruise, bose, fog lamps, rear wiper). These are the touring.
What's your point ?

Is it me or did anyone else notice the pictures ????? The interior is all black and the seats are suede. The pictures aren't good enough to tell if it's got a sunroof ???? Could be an R-1 if it's a 1993
