Yeah I did a search....It all says it's easy, blah blah...bullshit! I got everything off but the corners and I can't get to these tiny *** nuts/bolts in ridiculous location. Any ideas. I need pics if you got em.

Thanks, yeah I could see that from the shop manual, but I took all of the bolts out, but the liner won't come out. It also looks like someone has stapled the liner together?

I did mine it was a nightmare. Took 2 people one looking down where the headlightcover used to be yelling left right up down! And me with a socket-ujoint-extension-ujoint-ratchet under the car feeling in the dark. I sweat just thingking about it. Plus carefull how you put the dam thing back on, the studs are pressed in the plastic molded bumper and break out all the time resulting in you not being able to tighten them up again.
GOOD LUCK!!!

You definitely need a deep socket set, and the whole process is a pain in the ***..but it's really not that hard.
I took mine off last weekend. removed the inside wheel lining, deep socket (and u joint) on the 3 bolts in there, disconnected the combo lights. removed the bolts airbox/IC airflow boxy thing. unbolted the catch can, removed all the top bolts there, remove the belly pan bolts, and front lip, and it's off.
I ended up putting a nasty scratch in the side of my car when taking it off though. But the new fron't end I put on doesn't exactly match the paint already on the car, so maybe I'll just have the whole front (or whole car) repainted.

Thanks Martini. I still haven't found the motivation to go out there and finish the job. Maybe now I will. Gotta get the deep socket set first. What is this u-joint? I think I can get it with a screwdriver type socket driver. Yeah I will get a total repaint too, to match the hood from atilla, the bumper from rotaryextreme, and to fix the many door dings, etc. Problem is, I don't really trust anyone to do it. Can't paint it myself though! Thanks for the reply.

oh yeah, did the fiberglass shell thingy (front bumper reinforcement) come off too, or just the urethane "skin"? I smacked the fiberglass shell, so I needed to look at that to see how bad it is. Do i still need this with an aftermarket bumper? I also broke the "air guide". I also need to get a screwdriver and straighten out all of the bent fins in my oil and tranny coolers!

I got my front bumper off pretty easily. You need a set of deep metric sockets. Pull off the inner fenders and the headlight covers to get to the nuts easily. Pulling the headlight covers off makes the upper nut easy to get to.

OK well I got it off!! I did pull the headlight covers and this indeed made it a lot easier to get to. I also used a long flexible screwdriver with a nutdriver attachment to get to the 4 bolts behind the fender liners. All comes down to the right tools for the job, plus the experience of you guys to help. Big thanks to all that responded.
