Also not to mention i added a streetlite flywheel and short shifter but before the clutch went the car was a beast. my mods are dp and cb and i ran 13.8 twice a couple of days before the clutch went. Today when i banged 2nd it barley chirped before it usda kick the car sideways for like 50 feet with out even trying. can heat and humidty do that much. I tryed banging second again when it got alittle cooler and i got wheel hop. i never got wheel hop before. Do u think it was just hot and im use to it now or do u think the clutch still needs to be broked in or do you think something is wrong i meen i put about 500 miles on it since it was put in about 4 days ago

Yes it can. High heat and high humidity will give you lower hp numbers and cause your car to feel less powerful. This has always been an issue when driving a seven in Houston.

I hope so cause i was take it back to the guys who did my clutch to make shure its not slipping. If its bran new and it doesnt slip in high gear u think and nothing vibrate then there is nothing that can possibly be wrong right

Clutch misalignment maybe?

If the temps outside are the same as before it went into the shop then there is a problem with the car.

I was thinking that but what are the symptoms of clutch missalignment?

That is not hot enough or humid enough to cause you probelms. There is something wrong with the car.

If the was temp>105 with 100% humidity, typical Houston summer, then the heat would be an issue.
