How tight is the Oil Metering Line supposed to be?

This is the line just under the primary(front) turbo that has a oil line and one of those fittings that are used on the brake bolts attached to it. I am talking lb/ft of torque here. I think it is the cause of an oil leak I have been looking for, for ages. I am affraid to over torque it however beacause I could see how it would be a pain to get out. I know it was loose but how tight is tight? Let me know.

have you consulted your handy-dandy copy of the FSM (factory service manual)? click on that link if you don't have a copy

I can't seem to find any torque specs in there. I have looked under the lubrication and the engine section and there isn't anything there on that. What exactly do i need to look under?

It's in the Engine Assembly section. It think it's around 12-15 ft lbs. It's not much.
