how to remove the LIM for polishing...
i searched...
it looks like i have to remove the stock turbo to remove this... any write up or site that explain the removal of the LIM??

At the mean time... im removing the air pump... not that hard tho...
checked some of the workshop here and they dont have 29-30'' belt... which belt are you guys using?? from what car??

Why not try the Factory Workshop Manual first then come back for help with specific questions? People are not answering because of such a borad question. Yes, the turbos have to come off.

it would be helpfull if there is a write up and wiv us people who have not done this kind of work we will need do's & donts, what kind of tools we need and etc..etc..

i might as well check the turbo manifold for cracks and change all the gasket... anything else?
Depending if you have a lift or not, You'll need to take off the intake pipes, DP, y-pipe, heat shields around the various turbo areas. oil return lines, water lines...being careful not to bend the lines to much. becareful when you start to take the bolts on the turbo manifold. Use some penetrating oil or WD 40 and let it soak in. Then use a cheater bar to turn it slowly making sure not to go to fast or the bolts might snap off from all the heat cycling and then your in for a mess of tapping and drilling which is hard to do.
