turned 20 a couple of weeks ago. Dont know my major yet, but planning to attend University of Texas at Austin next year. Right now I work as a Personal trainer at 24 hour Fitness and making around $22 dollars a hour, hopefully better by summer when I do some private training instead. It depends on the amount of clients I get. But later on the future I would like to compete in a natural bodybuilding contest. (5'7 175 pounds, 6% bodyfat right now, hopefully gain some more muscle this year) As far as my car goes I spent around 15,000 G's on the RX7 alone. The Supra i havent spent anything other then Gas. (not yet)

95 RX7 black touring 29k original miles
T-78, Everything done except motor
Haltech E6K
Over 400 RWHP on stk motor w/93 octane

97 Supra TT, Red
Stk

02 YZF-R6 soon!!! probably in December

"Done it all at the age of 20"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I'm 48 and do ERP software consulting. That's the software big companies use to operate on. I've got an MBA, BS in Business Computer Systems, BS in Physics-minor in Geology (really). Being very smart, I bought my first RX-7 in 1985 (a GSL) and it had over 250,000 miles on it when it died. Afterwards I got a 93 touring and currently I have either installed or on order about $8,000 in modes.
Because idiots in SUV's kept on hitting my 93, I also have another 85 I use for driving to the airport.

My advice to all you youngsters out there is as follows:
1) Remember to keep your car well maintained .
2) Do it yourself.

If you do, your car will last a very long time and you will find alot of joy along the road.

I'm 21, I've had the car for 3 years and have put close to 30 grand into it. I guess you can average that to 10,000 a year in mods for the rexy.

25 and still kickin'. I have owned an RX-7 for the past 5 years, 2.75 of which have been behind the wheel of a 3rd gen. For the amount of money that I have "charged" in the name of the RX-7, I shall be enjoying my RX-7 long after it is gone.
I am a marketing assistant that should be looking for a job where I have an assistant.

28, ME from University of Texas at Austin. There are a lot of us ME's here huh? Maybe we should founf our own consulting firm. Operations Manager for a large digital printing and retail graphic firm. :p

Bought my FD last November, and have autocrossed it in anger since March; 3 races to go this season. Over the winter I need an M2 dual tip exhaust, wheels, Kuhmos, a hitch, a trailer, new window tint, silicone hoses....

There's my Christmas list! Be sure to include your name on the gift so I can send you a thank you card.

just turned 21 and I am on my second FD. I have about $19K in the current FD so far (and I still don't even have a stand alone computer or aftermarket wheels!!)

I go to SMU in Dallas, TX and don't work - but I graduate in May and I am majoring in Journalism. Anyone have any openings/connections for an aspiring journalist/magazine writer?

well im sure he's having fun in germany. new places are always fun and interesting as long as the wife and kids get to come along. thats the one thing i dread is getting deployed and missing something like the birth of my first son, or his first steps or words, or anything like that. not to mention being away from the wife.

i forgot to mention....im getting a bachelor of science and Mech Engr degree from the Academy as well as maybe a math minor (only 1 more math class), so add another one to the ME list!

hopefully i get to fly though and wont have to fall back on the ME stuff......cause its KICKIN MY ***!

25 i am a mechanic for DHL Airways I have owned my fd for about 3 months. Before my fd i had a 87 turbo II for 4 years until it got stolen. I havent put much $$ into the fd yet but i will. I only use the FD on weekends and never park it in public places ( i am still paranoid about when my Turbo II got stolen).

23 yrs. young (for only a few more weeks )
Just quit my job in fiber optics(intelligence of that action is still under question), and now debating selling my ride for an FD or FC or selling it for an RV (wanna go cross country). One way or another, though, that thing has to go, I'm only a couple pts away from yet another license suspension! (Before you guys deride me for speeding in traffic, know that I don't, nor do I support those who do...my runs are made on closed streets, parking lots, shipyards, etc...
As for money spent, I shiver to even think about it...most of the work below is done by yours truly, but I would estimate there is about $8k in the motor alone right now (including machine work, balancing/blueprinting, etc...also building an '87 camaro for my little bro (no taste, that kid...)

21..........I've had my car for about a year and a half. I have been lucky as far as expenses go and only had around 600$ in last years maintenance(oil, filters, few small parts).
I attend ohio university(studying pre-law) and work part time construction then during summers I go back full time working.

I'll be 31 next week. I have had my R-1 for close to 3 years. Always modding and spending money. I need rims--badly, but put this 6 months budget into antidetonation, tuning and 1300cc injectors. Anyway, I own a commercial carpet cleaning business in the Philadelphia market. Any facilities managers out there?
