How much lost water = bad seals?

I seem to loose about 6 ounces of water every 300-500 miles. This started when I took the car to the track this summer and it got quite hot(I actualy saw the stock needle move). At the same time, before I went to the track I emptied some antifreeze out and put water in to get a 25/75 ratio, so im not sure if I have air in the system and it is coming to the surface or what. I have no AST. Also I have pleny in the overflow, shouldnt that go into the radiator? What do you think?

Dude, my car did that for six years. Then recently, the add coolant light all the time with coolant overflowing the reservoir every drive. Block welded the bad boy.

Now it's 8 oz. every 50 miles. It's been doing that for the last 3 mos. Car runs great though. Pulled a Z28 SS the other day.

Think of it this way: PoMan Water Injection- why spend $400 for Aquamist when it's free?

Mine went quickly downhill from there. About 3 months and all was done. Good luck
