How much do you think this FD is worth.
MB Base FD.
Car has 63k miles.
Immaculate tan interior.
Custom tan back seats.
A little peeling paint but no dents or dings whatsoever.
5 spd.
Slipping clutch on hard launches.
Smoking on startup but clears up when warmed up.
No Smoke while driving.
perfect 10-8-10 pattern.
3" Catback.
Battery relocated to back.
So how much would you pay for it?

Depends on what year.
I'd say about 10k-11k if its a 93 and on its original engine.
If its a 95 I'd say anywhere between 16-22k if its original engine. Low 20s if its a recently replaced engine.
94 would be somewhere in between.
Those are my guesses.
Just take the price of the exact same thing with new paint, engine and clutch. Then subtract $3k for engine, $500 for clutch and $1,200 for good paint. Whatever that comes to.
You might also want to check http://www.kbb.com - although it isn't very good with FDs because there isn't an option for 'replaced engine'.

How much smoke does it make on startup? How badly is the paint peeling? Both of those may be expensive to fix. Also, I would determine what kind of smoke the car is making. There isn't really a good kind of smoke, but fuel smoke means something is wrong with the mixture (unlikely cause you really have to screw up the mixture to smoke fuel at idle), white dense smoke is coolant, that means engine rebuild, and black smoke is oil, probably means new turbos. Ideally a car should not smoke at all during startup, but a little smoke for, say, a minute isn't that bad. Heavy smoke and/or smoke that lasts for more than a minute or two probably isn't a good sign. The clutch isn't a big deal, but be prepared to pay about $700 to get it replaced. If the smoke isn't bad and the paint isn't bad, then I'd say $14k-$15k.

Let's put it this way...
If it were a perfect 93 MTB w/tan leather and 63K miles it would probably be worth $15-16K. Tan leather isn't desirable, MB, well at least it isn't Red.
So your car needs an engine or turbos (smoke on start-up). $3K min for engine replacement.
Peeling paint, I don't know how bad it is, min $500 fix, max entire decent quality repaint, ~$3K.
Slipping clutch, $500 for parts.
Battery relocated to the back, subtract unconversion cost.
Custom rear seats, subtract costs of replacing with bins or actual rear seats. I've seen the pics.
No flames, I've sold plenty of FDs and have a good idea what people are looking for. Your car sounds like a project car.
I'd guess it is worth around $8-10K.

The clutch is an easy fix, for $400-$600, though.
There may be a minor problem if the car smokes when you start, but it is a good sign that nothing major is wrong if it doesnt smoke will driving.
The car was decently low milage on it and sounds to be in good shape.
Also, the peeling paint really shouldnt go against you because Mazda did do a recall on some models for early peeling paint, so it is not necessarily your fault, just factory defect wear-and-tear.
I'd say about 14k.
