There is a screw underneath the intake pipe on the trottle body, that is the manual way to do it, but the stock ECU has control over it too.

I know on my FD the idle was hunting and I fixed it by adjusting the throttle plates. There is a adjuster on the front side of the throttle body...it has a jam nut and an allen screw....loosen the jamnut, turn the screw and tighten the jamnut back up hope that helps
There might be some issue about the air pump being gone now....open line somewhere...? I think I would check there first

Your car will run rich at idle w/o an air pump and cause the car to idle rough.
If your idle did drop below ~700rpm, use the procedure on page F-17 of the shop manual to set the idle.
The basic steps are:
1. Warm the engine to operating temp
2. Turn off all electrical loads
3. Connect a tach to the IG terminal on the Diagnostic port
4. Connect a jumper wire between the TEN and GND terminal (i believe this will keep the ECU from adjusting the idle)
5. Adjust the idle by turning the Air-Adjusting Screw (AAS) - It is on the bottom of the the throttle body, underneath the plastic elbow. (You might need a mirror to see it.) Make sure fans are not running when you make the idle adjustment
6. Turn the screw until the idle is ~700 - 750 rpm
7. If the idle will not set after screwing the AAS fully closed, adjust the Throttle Adjusting Screw (TAS) by loosing the locknut, turning the screw to set the idle and tighten the locknut.
If you don't have the shop manual, it is available for download at iluvmyrx7.com or pm me and I'll scan the page for you.
Hope this helps.
