How common in the rex is the US

In Australia the 3rd gen rex's are quite rare. When I bought mine I didn't see another one for the first 2 weeks, but usually I see on average one a week. Are they more common in the US? How about other countries?

Cheers
Mike

For all I know they could be as common as Hyundai's just that everyone leaves them in the garage

Of course this has been discussed Ad Nauseum. The search link at the top of the screen would provide the answer. To save time, however, try this link:

If we took a quick survey of who on this newsgroup has one it would have to be at least 50%, right? Multiply that by the US population of 350million (?) and there must be at least 125 million rex's in the US.

Oh right, I see your logic. It seems that there are parts of the US where 7's congregate. East Coast, West Coast, Texas, and Florida come to mind. There are exceptions however.

In New Orleans, we have about 10 but you never see them. Here in Houma, I think there is 5 including mine.

Cool, I didn't know there was one in Wausau. I go down there quite a bit for soccer (I live an hour north of you). I hope to have an FD soon here, to add another to the WI ranks . I know there is an FD up here in town, a white '93. Very quick from what I hear

I used to see a couple others in Tucson once in a while.

The last couple of sightings: A silver one in the ditch that had crashed and abandoned, and a white one that rear ended someone. I passed by just minutes after the accident. He was not in a mood to talk cars.

It's been a good year or two since then and nobody to wave to......

Anyone Know what the numbers look like today as not all 13k RX's are still on the road due that cotagious disease Wrapped-Around-A-Pole-itis and its cousin Lost-the-back-end-and-ended-up-rolling-the-car-itis.

Madison. I've seen one VR(stock) here. Then one VR in Eau Claire (Stock).
EDIT: Add one more for Madison(Highly modded), yellow. But I believe it was from outside of Madison, and not original paint.
