Question

What hub are you using for the aftermarket steering wheel?

Typically you'll have one or two wires (depending on the hub). One will be for the horn, the other will be for the airbag. Most likely the one extended out is for the horn but you'll need to plug it up and see if it works.

are u replacing the stock wheel or another aftermarket wheel? do u have cruise control and an airbag?

that looks like a momo hub aswell, both wires attached to it should be for the horn. they plug in under the dash by your right knee, there is three plugs there (u have to remove the interior panel under the steering column). Blue, orange & white. one of them is for the horn, i cant remember which off hand, but i would guess its the blue one (you'll figure it out)

if u have the stock wheel- first remove the airbag by unbolting it from the backside of the wheel (3bolts). Carefully unplug the air bag (handle the airbag with care).
then u can remove the wheel and clock spring (cant remember which one first)
the clock spring is the rotating wiring assembly, this will have to be done away with. once the wheel and clock spring are removed attach the new hub and wheel, and bolt to the steering column.
to wire the horn u will have to leave enough slack in the wire for it to twist around in the steering column. (not the best setup but it works fine and is better then not having a horn.) the cruise control can also be rewired but i would suggest and alternative mounting spot for the controls that normally attach to the stock wheel.
The airbag light will flash so u will need to wire a resistor into the air bag plug to stop it.
