Hot startup problems

My car has been running goofy lately. When I get it warmed up, then park, and try to start it, the car won't start. It just cranks. My PFC shows it at 1% injector duty sitting there not running, then eventually tapers to 0%. Might be a glitch. I have to let the car cool down to around 85C before it will start again. This doesn't always do it every time, but it's been frequent. The motor is stock ported, reman with about 20k on it. Vacuum is around 17in/hg.

I pulled the plugs and the threads are wet with fuel.

NGK.

Today after a few quick highway pulls I came to a stop light. Won't hardly idle, vacuum is erratic and reads around 10in/hg. Misfiring too. High RPM's are smooth though. I'm going to compression check it right now.

Compression check resulted in a blown rear rotor. No more than 50psi. Only one rotor face builds compression. I think either a seal is stuck or I blew it.
