Check out this hot flange!

Just pulled the turbos off for a laugh after the nurburgringring as that side of my engine was smoking periodically after coming off the track. The smoke was an oil banjo weeping a bit, but look at my flange!

Good thing i've got a spare set! Im probably going to use the cartridges out of this set though as they have less play on them.

Any tips on changing it all over?

I did the same thing so here are my tips:

Port the wastegate on the manifold you are swapping the rotating assembles onto. Might as well while you have everything disassembled.

Make reference marks using how the water lines on the turbos line up or whatever makes sense to you. Otherwise, you will be fighting the oil lines, water lines, and Y pipe later. You won't win unless you have it right.

Transplant the rotating assemblies carefully and tighten the 13mm bolts incrementally. Make sure the wheel rotates without dragging when you are done.

Heck, I've seen "low-mileage" twins in the classifieds that look worse.

Use lots of a good penetrating oil and let it soak. The heat really sticks those things together, and the small bolts can break easily.
