Hot Start Problem !! New Build

I have built many 13b turbo engines. My recent built was acting out very wierd. I had taken this engine apart three times !!! There was no abnormality! Spec. and clearance are good.
This is the story, cold Start are running normal. I can turn it on and off with no problem. But when it gets to arround it normal temp. It gets verry hard to start !!
Just installed new sensor, ignition are good, fuel are good, a suggestion that was is to try ATF !! Still the Same !!

Any suggestion ????

Those are some big damn primaries to get it idling and running well. Tried putting in 550's?

Not the injectors B/C i can tune it with ECU. Plus i have made about 5 engines with the same 1000cc injectors with no problems. Except this one. Keep in mind it cold start with no probles.

Sure it's not vapor locking-ish? If you pull the hose off the FPR (and plug it so it doesn't have a vacuum leak) does that help? That's basically what the stock hot start solenoid does--it raises fuel pressure.

What is your ignition timing during hot start cranking? I don't mess with Microtech so I'm not sure which map/setting stores this.

My same thought. Vapor lock or leaky injectors. And are you sure you have good compression?

Your plugs are probably now fouled. Change them as rotary plugs wet fouled very easily. Also you may wanna do a coolant pressure check as this could possibly be your hot start problem. I'm not talking about using the pump kind. I'm talking about just leaving the radiator cap off during a cold start and checking for over flow when the thermostat opens. If it bubbles out you have a problem. I know you just rebuilt the engine but that doesn't mean you don't have any NEW broken coolant seal wall somewhere.

I had a similar hot start problem with my 20b late last year. The engine would cold start fine but didn't want to crank back up when fully warm. After I re-opened up the engine, I found broken coolant seals walls causing coolant to leak into the combustion chamber. This leakage only happened once the coolant system pressurized enough to blow past the inner coolant seals. As soon I turned the engine off, the pressure would force the coolant into the combustion chamber (hence the hard hot starting).
