With a lil help from a good friend, some spare parts he had in his shop, a drill press and a band saw, was able to put this together. No more slippy belt... YAY!!!

This was so simple to make I wish I could kick myself in the teeth for not doing it eariler.

No I don't. I think its form some sort of chevy. He is a chevy only guy. He had a pile of them sitting on a shelf.

I am going to keep my eye out from a metal pully with a replaceable bearing.

 

looks awesome. kinda makes me wish i didnt shave off all the tabs to the WP housing and everything surrounding it hahah

 

You could try sharing the bolts with the water pump. I think its how Pineapple does it. If you haven't cut those off
