Make a couple full throttle runs in 4th gear and start closing the valve slowly after the turbo switchover
Well this sound interesting.. one hand on the wheel, the other twisting the valve, and an eye on the boost guage.

I just did this last night. Works Killer! Now I am thinking about doing the same procedure to the Pre-control valve to try and get more boost on the first turbo and less spiking. Good luck. Don't forget to buy beer before you start.

Mines in the engine bay

Was put there to keep me from overboosting. It also has two sperate valves things, so I crank the boost on the 2nd turbo to make it non-sequential and it spools instantly!

I've seen the valve in the ashtray before and that looks trick. If you have self control, that would be a nice setup.

There is a real mechanical twin turbo/sequential boost control on the market but can't remember where I saw it.

I also did it this past weekend and it's da bomb! Although I'm now running slower (due to lower/safer boost settings), but no more of that annoying fuel cut!!!
