I don`t know which works better, xylene or toluene, I just know toluene works really well. As far as carbon build up goes. I doubt it`s a problem as toluene would seem to burn at least as clean as gasoline.

I priced a 55 gal drum here in LA, and it was $3.81 per gallon. I was thinking it would be cheaper. Anyone know if that price was way out of line ?

I understand that some glue has it in there, and glue sniffers like to get high off of it. I'm sure they fry their brains too.

hi, sorry to raise this from the dead, but im very interested in this.
some of my friends run these products in their cars, but theyre not rotary.

does anyone have a percentage value that is in a "safe zone"

like 80% 90 octane(all we have here) and 20% toulene?

or other stuff that should be ran as well.
ive seen ppl put other cems, dont remember what they where, to aid in the octane "boost"

im pushing 15psi on my fc (i know wrong section of the forum, but FC section is full of 8=D's)
and wanna help my motor in another way to not knock.

any better info, or background use or knowledge would be great

thanks
brendan

All seems interesting to me, as for the safety side of things.. All these chemicals will have a material safety data sheet (MSDS) won't they? :S
