so ive read about this fd that runs 10.98 1/4 mile on stock turbos and mickey thompson , the car dynoed 376hp on 17psi. boost in front of my eyes siguel racing did the tunning

only mod to the turbo system is a F.M.I.C. and an external waste gate the rest is the mazda oem ,all bolt ons and a "secret port" wich is probably an extended street port

Yes more info about the wastegate please. Did he weld the internal shut?

376 is a good number, but not anything that outrageous. I put down 367rwhp @ 16psi on the stock twins. (Mustang dyno) Tried to run 18psi but the boost just wouldn't hold correctly with the stock (non-ported) wastegate.

I doubt everything else is OEM. Your not going to put down that kind of power on a OEM fuel system.

Edit: Nvm, you was talking about the turbos. I thought you was talking about the engine.

Alex, actually I was talking about the engine. Stock port? Stock rotors?

I think that he meant the turbo system only was oem (minus the FMIC and the wastegate), not the entire engine.

Because the shafts are the size of a toothpick and bend VERY easy. They will hold up for a little while then go to crap. They are ok for drag racing, you'll get quiet a few runs out of them but you drive that kind of boost a lot and they wont make it. John used to run a external wg and said it didnt make any difference so he took it off. I dont think the problem is the wg.

So far I havent seen this guy put down any numbers that havent been done before.
