Ok so Ive recently noticed something weird.After a couple of hard runs Ive noticed that the hold mode dissables itself.Does the ecu for the tranny have some sort of procedure for dissableing the hold feature if for example the tranny gets to hot or anything like that.I think both times it happened when I downshifted.
Also after a little while the hold light stops falshing and then I can re engage the hold system.Really weird.Ive noticed this just recently.What could this be?

thanxs mahjik for the help on this one.I guess ill check the tranny ecu for error codes and then ill move on to the tranny fluid.

 

Mine has done a similar thing or two in the past......always seemed to reset itself okay.

 

yeah.It just worries me that it does this.So im going to try and figure out whats going on.Most likely my atf fluid is probably low.By the way what kind of atf does the tranny take and also where do you fill it up? through the dipstick tube?
