hks intakes?

IM about to buy replacement filters for my hks intake
For florida wather (huminity) shout I buy wet or dry type filters?
ON a scale 1 to 10 what is you personel rating on the HKS intake system?
(just what to know what people think of these system)

flows good. looks great. filters bad i heard. price, too much. filters, $$. its just a tube with a sponge filter at the end.

i'd rather go with a intake that draws in colder air.

that is funny! it a tube with sponge at the end
but any-way, i got this kit of e-bay for $20 for kit, and $25 for shipping, with out the foam. so naw i have to buy form filters, they are $20 each.

I still dont know wich one i should buy WET OR DRY once. for florida weather

^ i guess its more than a sponge lol. still don't like the lack of a fresh air source but i guess its not a huge deal. its been debated to death before. they do deteriorate though!

I got them on my car!!.. I thought about making a custom 1.. pretty much 2-1 pipe. making it a cold air.. someday whever i stop being lazy lol

but till then my hks filter is falling appart i need a new 1.. HKS has better flow but them filters are GARBAge... lixo. basura lol.. !

I have used foam filters on all my cars and never had a problem with them, I just recently switched back to a foam filter....

you can get the cheaper version of the kit for 250 if you look.

I have it because its the only thing I could find thats carb approved (well the older versions are anyways) and a sticker was easy to print.
