Please be more descriptive. Also, use "better" English please....

It's kind of hard to understand your one long sentence.

BTW, I really don't know how to fix your problem but if you provide more details of your problem, I'm sure someone can chime in and help you.

Man, your entire post was an attempt at one single sentance. He is right about that. I had a hell of a time reading it.

Also, do be more descriptive. A grinding noise could be one of many things. I've gone through a lot of that.

Or capitalization and proper spelling?

The description of your problem is too vague to make any guesses about the source of the grinding noise.

the readability of your posts does matter both so that the people you are asking for help have some idea of what your problem is and so they don't have to waste time trying to understand what the hell you are saying no one wants to help someone that doesnt take the time to describe the problem clearly help us help you if you make it hard for people to help you guess what they won't or at least they will beat you up about your writing style for a while first capitalizing each word does not fix your style its just wrong in a new way i don't care if you never learned how to write properly in school if you read anything books magazines easy to read posts on this forum it is easy to mimic the style

That's a f&$%ing train wreck, isn't it. Here are the same words with punctiation:

The readability of your posts does matter, both so that the people you are asking for help have some idea of what your problem is and so they don't have to waste time trying to understand what the hell you are saying. No one wants to help someone that doesn't take the time to describe the problem clearly. Help us help you. If you make it hard for people to help you, guess what -- they won't. Or at least they will beat you up about your writing style for a while first.

Capitalizing each word does not fix your style -- it's just wrong in a new way. I don't care if you never learned how to write properly in school -- if you read anything (books, magazines, easy-to-read posts on this forum), it is easy to mimic the style.

But I'll give helping you with the grinding problem since you have already been beaten up enough for your lazy writing style...

Does it only happen in 5th gear? Where does it sound like the grinding noise is coming from (engine bay, middle of the car, rear end)? Is it a high-pitched grinding, or a low frequency grinding noise?

Maybe something is rubbing the pulleys in your engine bay when the engine moves from letting off the gas. Or one of your accessories (air pump, alternator, PS pump, AC) is making noises -- could be the idler pulley bearing or something, too, though I haven't heard of those going bad. Or maybe your exhaust it hitting the body, which makes a loud, abrupt vibration sound. Do you have stock tires and wheels? Are your fender liners held firmly in place? Do you get noises on turns, or just in a straight line? Maybe you have a tire rubbing somewhere.

Does the sound happen in gear and/or in neutral? Does it go away when you disengage the clutch?

Does is happen in boost and/or when you're not in boost?

Can you make the sound when the car is sitting still?

I don't know that anyone can really help you with that problem over the internet. I'm not sure of how many moving parts there are on an FD, but it could pretty much be any of them.

At around 5k rpms the second turbo should be spooling up. I would worry about that if it only happens during boost while under load. Other than that, it could be any number of things.

It took Cork Sport 5 month, a rebuilt diff, two rebuilt transmissions and 6 or 7 trips to the shop before they could find out that my stationary gear had pieces break off and that I blew a front apex seal. My car made a horrible banging/tumbling noise the whole time whenever it would get hot.
