hesitation during acceleration

so im not really sure whats going on. since i've had the catback i would get a slight hesitation under load in 5th gear. i recently put on the dp and the mp and now i am getting it in more gears. i can go through first and second without any hesitations and at the end of third and fourth i would get them again. any suggestions on what it could be?

Start with plugs. They could be "flaming-out" with the higher boost levels.

What RPM is it happening at? Is it bucking and surging, or just falling flat? More details please!

You gotta boost guage? You got boost control?

Sounds to me like ECU is doing a fuel cut because of overboost.

yes i have a boost gauge and my boost controller should be coming in today. full boost around 14 psi. seems like when in third and higher gears, that it hesitates when the secondary turbo kicks in. its more of a hesitation the bucking or surging. and im sure its not detonation. maybe it is fuel cut. will check out the spark plugs and hopefully i'll have my boost controller in by monday. thanks for the replys

if the plugs don't cure it and your hesitation is at high rpm, change your fuel filter

14psi on stock ECU you're asking for trouble.
You're getting AT LEAST fuel cut.
