More details please:

Light throttle, medium throttle, full throttle, etc.? When it's cold, warm, all the time? Any other things that relate to when this happens?

Are you running the stock ECU? I assume this is an FD?

If you have an FD, you have secondaries - you may not have the double-throttle setup (it can be removed), but you have to have secondaries. There are 3 throttle bores. The one on the bottom is the primary. The two on the top are vacuum/linkage operated secondaries.
