Unhappy HELP w/ non sequential boost

boost is fine in low rpm wot (10-11 psi), but when it hits the upper rpm 4.5-redline it drops to (7-8psi). Im using a home depot manual valve as my boost controller; could that be the problem? Input?

Thnx

Dude, I've learned that you need to make sure you put down what mod's you have..... ;-) then we can troubleshoot accordingly...

I'd try a real MBC at least (ball & spring), not just a fixed rate bleeder.

No you can't. You can go to just about any import performance shop around your town. They should have one.
