Question Help! Turbo R&R

I broke the top rear stud off that hold the turbo charger to the exhaust manifold. Call me crazy but I'm thinking that matters! Actaully, I'm pretty sure it's leaking.

My mechcanic told me the only way to fix it is to remove the exahust manifold. He wants $500 to R&R the turbos (and presumably fix the broken stud). He's being kinda a jerk but I'll vent about that in the lounge.

Is it possible to fix this with the manifold stil on the car? I'm thinking to just take the whole thing apart and install all new hardware.

Does anyone know a good place to get all the factory gaskets and hardware I'm going to need for a reasonable price?

Is there anything about removing the turbos that I need to be ready for? It's looks pretty straight forward, just a lot of work. Of course I remember the fuel filter was two clamps and four screws too!

Any tips on the R&R, where to get the gaskets and hardware, how to fix this stud easier, or any other advice on the subject would be a really big help.
